Stop managing your kids.

Start meeting them.

Your child's hardest behaviour isn't a problem to manage. It's a portal — usually into something inside you that hasn't been visited yet.

Your kids are a direct portal to what's unhealed in you.

Sabrina is a Certified Conscious Parenting Method Coach, trained directly under Dr. Shefali Tsabary. This work isn't about better tricks for better-behaved kids. It's about becoming the parent underneath the reacting, the one who was there all along, waiting for you to stop managing and start showing up.

You're probably here at midnight, asking:

  • How do I get my kids to actually listen?

  • How do I stop yelling when I've promised myself, again, that I wouldn't?

  • Why does my child's meltdown wreck me more than it should?

  • How do I protect my kids without controlling every corner of their lives?

  • Am I repeating what my own parents did, even when I swore I wouldn't?

  • Am I aware of how I'm showing up, or do I just assume I'm already great?

What Sabrina believes about parenting, and won't soften:

Children aren't projects to be managed or problems to be solved. Every explosion, every withdrawal, every impossible morning is a symptom pointing somewhere, usually somewhere inside the parent that hasn't been visited yet.

Parents who remove every obstacle, every consequence, every uncomfortable moment aren't protecting their kids. They're quietly dismantling their child's confidence, agency, and capacity to trust themselves. The most loving thing you can do is show up consistently, honestly, with integrity. Not perfectly. Not with everything. Just present.

Let your children see you struggle. Let them see you don’t have all the answers. That's how they learn, struggle isn't failure. It's being human.

What this work gives you permission to do:

Permission to be honest about being tired, without being judged for it. Permission to say no. Permission to not feel guilty, or obligated, every time you do. Permission to grieve the parenting years that didn't go the way you hoped. Permission to try a different way.

In their own words:

"My daughter and I are sharing again, in a more meaningful way."

"I'm able to see my son's behaviours as symptoms, so I'm finding out more about his needs, not reacting so quickly and becoming angry with him."

"It felt like I was failing as a mom, letting my son fail his test so he could learn his own consequences instead of us fighting all the time. Somehow, it made a difference. He’s trying harder for himself. "

If your child has ADHD:

Traditional parenting advice wasn't built for your kid, and you've probably learned that the hard way. The sticker charts didn't stick. The consequences didn't land the way they were supposed to. You've been told to just be more consistent, when what you actually needed was a completely different map.

Sabrina works with ADHD-adapted approaches, meeting your child where they actually are instead of measuring them against a bar built for somebody else's kid. It's about understanding what's actually happening beneath the behaviour, so you can respond to your child rather than managing the fallout all day.

You haven't been doing it wrong. You've just been missing the right map.
