2019 - 2020; I became a Shanker Self-Reg foundations practitioner. A wonderful compliment to conscious living and conscious parenting is self-regulation. Learning ways to reduce “red brain” reaction to “blue brain” response is something every person should strive for whether you are a parent or not. 2017…2018 - One of the best weeks of my life was attending Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 2 in person with only 100 other amazing Spirit Junkies from around the world and learning from Gabrielle Bernstein herself and Rha Goddess (Bonus!).
I have followed Gabby a long time. She has been and is an important influencer in my life. Now I can teach many of her lessons as she teaches.
